Formatting that helps

Bold the subject line by wrapping it in asterisks (*Diwali celebration, Sun 8 Nov*).
Date, time and place in the first line. Many people only read the preview.
Numbered points, not paragraphs, three to five at most.
One ask and a name to reply to, or a simple "reply with your flat number".
Admins: pin it or set the group description to the date until Diwali.
