What to include
- Closure dates for the office and the accounts / maintenance desk. Diwali 2026 is Sunday, 8 November; many offices close for 2-3 days around it.
- Emergency contacts that stay on: security supervisor, plumber, electrician, lift AMC helpline.
- Which services continue (security, water, garbage collection) and any changed timings.
- Payments: whether maintenance can still be paid online during the closure.
